ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO ONE TO TWO DAYS TO PROCESS AND SHIP
Purchased item(s) from Shop Thalie Rose are only eligible for store credit only within 7 days of purchase, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to request a return. After the 7th day of receiving your item(s) it is consider final sale. If it is past 7 days our system can not process any exchange.
Please note that item that are purchase on 25% off or higher are FINAL SALE.
Customers are responsible for return shipping label.
To request a request a return your Item must in the same condition that you receive it, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that all items found in the sale category are non refundable. Please make sure to include your invoice, your information.
Since our inventory sells out very quickly we cannot do exchanges. We can only issue a store credit and if the item is available, you can use your credit towards purchasing it. The credit will be sent to you via email, once we receive our package.
Any merchandise marked FINAL SALE cannot be refunded.
